Pencil on Rice Paper.

Basically in photoshop i colorized the pencil drawing to be a sepia tone Then i duplicated the layer on top and made it a steel blue tone. After that, on the Steel blue layer i created a mask. Then using the mask, i remove the rest of the blue pencil drawing only revealing the Blue for the Claws and the Blue Jeans.

When you use a mask, all you need to do is use black and white on the layer. Basically, one reveals the layer and one hides the layer (either the black or white i forget which does which) Any ways it works really good because you can use any tool when doing this and sometimes you can set the opacity lower and only reveal a little of an area.

Im happy with how this one came out.
